Hisham’s interest in precious metals started in 2003 and today he has become a serious numismatist with expert knowledge in Islamic coinage designs. Hisham has undertaken extensive research of the real origins of the gold dinar and silver dirham in Islamic history and can provide insight from the concept to the design of unique medallions which he acquired in the field over the past 14 years. Hisham has also shared his knowledge on various platforms in the academic and the public realm.
